Google Chrome won't open (bounces on dock

My Google Chrome just bounces up and down on the dock and doesn't open.

It use to bounce forever but now it bounces for 30secs then closes

It's been an issue for about a year now so I've tried several updates reinstalling and still nothing.

It work's on guest user but not admin/main

Any ideas?
