Iphone XR stuck on the black screen with apple logo
My iphone XR is stuck on the black screen with the apple logo i have tried to do the forced restart but that doesnt work can anybody please help?? TIA

I see that your iPhone is stuck on the black screen with the Apple logo, and I'd like to help!
There are some additional steps that I'd like for you to try here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen
After going through these steps, let me know if you're still having the same issue. Be sure to also check out the section that requires you to use a computer to restore the device if all the other steps doesn't work.
