I'm trying to watch a Disney + movie with my boyfriend through Zoom screen share video call, but when I go to play the movie the screen is black even though the sound and subtitles are working. How do I fix this?

If I had to guess, the Disney+ movie is protected against that kind of sharing. Most movies are protected in some way. Don't use Zoom.
Ask Disney if they allow a subscriber to share their subscription among family members (for example): disneyplus.com
I have seen others use zoom to watch Disney + with people who they aren't in lockdown currently with at the moment. We both have Disney plus accounts, we just want to be able to watch the same movie at the same time through video call.
Understood but I cannot in good conscience endorse Zoom. Contact its developer.
