Help with solving the issue: "You can’t open the application because it may be damaged or incomplete."

Hey! I've got a little problem here! :D

I've downloaded an app called "Disk Drill" to solve some problems with my Mac.

When I've solved it, I thought that I don't need it anymore and I deleted it. After some time I saw, that app "BackService" wasn't deleted. Firs I tried to delete It, just moving it to trash, but I've got this: "You can’t open the application...,because it may be damaged or incomplete." I was using "Clean my Mac", making folders with the same name, even deleting files from folders (O, S, T) and the result - nothing has changed. The folder is closed, so I don't even know how to solve this problem :D

Help please :D

That symbol over an app means it's not compatible with the system. I have the same app located in the Library/StagedExtensions/Library/Application Support/CleverFiles folder.



It's only 76KB in size so just ignore it.


However, you have a bigger problem. You've installed what is considered around here to be akin to malware, CleanMyMac. It has been responsible for more users having problems with system and application performance than about any other app. Do a good Google search for "uninstall CleanMyMac" to get the developer's recommended uninstall procedures.  However, do not download and run any "cleaning" apps that may be used on the site.  Always opt for the built in uninstaller or do it manually.
