Auto Launch iTunes when iPhone is plugged into PC

I've got a new PC. On my old PC when I plugged the iPhone into the PC, iTunes would automatically launch. On the new install it does not. How do I turn that feature back on?

MacBook Pro High Sierra 10.13.6 cannot see iPhone SE in iTunes 12.8.3.1 since iOS 15.0.2 update. My question is basically explained in the title. I did the iOS 15.0.2 update directly on my iphone as for some reason I couldn't get iTunes to do it for me. I backed up iPhone to the MacBook Pro in iTunes before doing the iOS update. Is there a way I can somehow force iTunes or the iPhone to see each other again so I can do iPhone backups and general management of iPhone music files and photo downloads again? Many thanks.

There's a setting for that.

In iTunes, look in Edit / Preferences / Devices > Prevent iPods, iPhones and iPads from syncing automatically and make sure there is no tick in the selection box.
