This is odd as the phone only 2 months old and it’s not had a new battery installed. The support page says this shouldn’t affect useable but the phone won’t charge so it’s pretty useless. weve tried hard reset - any suggestions on how to solve?

Tried this but with no luck
iPhone 11 battery says not recognised as Apple and it won’t charge even though phone only 2 months old
