Move ring

Please help! My move ring no longer move more than a 1/4 of the way round since I did an up date. Did read that this had been an issue, but am unable to fix it.i have re installed and updated again etc. please help as I was previously getting all 3 rings on a nearly daily basis and now I’m losing motivation. Thank you Louisa

Unpair and re-pair the watch and "set it up as new".

Move ring changes next day Several times now my move ring has revised itself the following day. Most recently - today I noticed that my move ring from Friday, which was at ~815 before bed had been “updated” to 730. What may be causing this? It is especially frustrating when working towards a goal and thinking you are on track - just to have it revised at a later time when it is too late to do anything to up it again. Thanks for any suggestions!!
