BATTERY HEALTH DROPPED TO 98% IN 3 WEEKS

Dear team,

My battery health dropped to 98% in less than 2 months. Im not only the one who is facing this issue with Iphone 11 Pro max. Many people are facing the same problem as me .

As 1 of the tech youtuber said, Apple claims that your battery will be left with roughly 80% capacity after roughly 500 charge cycle.

  • Simply put it, Apple claims: 20% loss for 500 cycle.
  • Assume we everyone of us charges about 50cycles in 60 days (2months).
  • That's a rough 2% loss for 2 months of usage.

After reading some of the comments here, it seems like most people are facing 2% loss after 1 month. Including myself, 2 % loss at  5 weeks of using iPhone 11 Pro max.

why is apple not serious about it ? So far i don’t get an proper solution for this from you people so please help me in this .

Thanks!

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

This is a user-to-user technical support site, Apple engineers are not here.

Are you having any problems with your iPhone other than the battery health? Do remember that the application gives you an approximation of the health and the battery health drop is not linear. You can wait until the next update and see if that changes anything. If it doesn't, but your iPhone is still operating correctly, don't check it again until about a month before the end of your warranty and see if the battery health has dropped to 80% or lower. If it has, use your warranty.
