MacBook Air 2020 shows blurry when doing FaceTime

yes the camera is blurry actually the phone camera is nice than the phone so pls look after this and make me a clarify my problem as soon as possible and get the best solution.

We’re you able to return the second one? Did it have the same issue? Going through this now.

I just bought my brand new Macbook Air 2020 and I have the exact same issue. my 2015 Air could be called HD, Not this. hoping software can fix this

I have the same problem I got the air to start using it for top level online tutoring . The caner focuses on the wall on the other side of the room. This is rubbish I am sending mine back tomorrow

I went out and bought a Logitech 1920 camera £179 Oh dear big mistake now I only have one thunderbolt port for everything else

I just like you received my new MacBook Air today, then found out the photo booth was so blurred.what does the do for you?

Apple doesn’t seem to care. If you bring it up to them they suggest for you to send it in to get it fixed but all they do is run some diagnostic and not really fix the bigger problem.

I tried that on my new iMac (June 2020) and to no avail, the camera is still blurry. The video is better on my MacBook Pro 2014. This is so unacceptable!

Nothing works. It's garbage.

Still no word from Apple....

This is unacceptable! We paid for something that does not work and Apple is not willing to work with us to correct the issue.
