Funds need to be returned

I’m writing a order for my funds to return to my card, I haven’t used nor purchase a app that’s taking funds off my card from the last month tell this one email me

If you downloaded an app that was a free trial and you did not properly cancel the subscription before the end of the free trial, then the free trial converted to a subscription with your authorization.
