So, I got my Airpods Christmas of 2018 and they've worked great up until about a month ago when the main speaker in the Airpod stopped working. The two side speakers still do work and play music, but the main speaker doesn't work. The right one works great and that's the one I've always used if I'm using just one. I've tried cleaning it out and doing that restart thing, but it still is not working. Is there anything else I can do?

First, attach the second AirPod to the charging case and save the second AirPod to charge. Learn what to do if AirPods or cover are free. Then, if one of the AirPods still doesn't work, follow these steps to be approved again for AirPods:
1.On an iOS device, open Settings> Bluetooth.
2.Tap the "i" info icon next to AirPods.
3.Try Tap to Forget This Device, and then ty tap to confirm.
4.Place the two AirPods into the charging case. Ty Close the lid, and wait 30 seconds, then open.
5.Press and hold the setting push button for 60 seconds until you can see the some status light flashing white.
6.Reconnect the AirPods by bringing it closer to your device and opening the lid. Follow the steps on the device screen.
7.Second Test AirPods.
If necessary, check the microphone and speaker holes in each AirPod. If you see debris, clean AirPods and see if the problem is resolved.
