Voice Memos Mac

Dera all,

I have recorded few interviews via Voice memos on my mac.

Unfortunately it is seems I cannot listen to them.

The recordings are listed on the left table and they indicate the length, but when clicking play the it seems the recording is empty (see attached pic). I in fact cannot drag them on the desktop.

Anyone that had the same problem and that can help me understand how to recover them?

Voice Memo does not record. I just got a new Macbook Air. When I went to use when I went to use voice memo for the first time it asked me to sync, so I did. But when I went to record nothing happened. It would give me the screen but no recording. I tried changing some of the options in the input output of the audio midi setup app but nothing was successful. I even tried logging out of my iCloud account and adjusting the sync options, but still no change, still no recording. And I know it's not my microphone, because I used it to dictate this message. I can use my phone in the meantime, but it would be really nice to be able to edit my recordings on my Mac.

voice memos I've got an important issue, I made a voice recording which lasted 45 minutes and this morning when i opened the voice memo app to listen to it, it CLEARLY says that the audio file is 45:09 minutes long however the audio bits after 2:58 are missing. In short it only plays up until the 3 minute mark and the rest is just gone and its a very important audio file for me so id appreciate some help as soon as possible
