Content in your iCloud Music Library as part of either iTunes Match or Apple Music is accessed using iTunes or Music on your computer or iOS devices. It isn't available through icloud.com. See Identify cloud status icons in your music library on your Mac or PC - Apple Support to check on has been matched or uploaded.
