Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
Try a restart.
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Try a forced restart.
If necessary
Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.

A possible quick fix is signing out and back in to iCloud.com then restarting your device.

It’s an iPad Pro it is new I tried different networks, also I want to mention that the Apple ID is in like 15 devices
You can only use an Apple ID in 10 devices/computers. You are limited to 5 computers.
