Corrupt image for macOSUpd10.13.2.dmg downloads

Hi,

I would like to update the OS of a MBP from 10.10.5 to High Sierra (because of disk space, I prefer not to update to Mojave or Catalina) but all the images downloaded from the store, e.g. this 10.13.2

https://updates.cdn-apple.com/2019/cert/041-90501-20191011-37f6fda1-2122-4396-9c64-4c2d2da9182e/macOSUpd10.13.2.dmg

fail to open ("Corrupt image").

I have tried different 10.13 subversions and also to repair the dmg file with DiskUtility but no success.

Thanks in advance for any hint you will provide

MacBook Pro 15", OS X 10.10

I have tried the first recipe (disconnect from Internet, date set back to 2014.01.01) but still I get the corrupt image message when

trying to open the macOSUpd10.13.2.dmg image: perhaps I am missing something about how/where to download the image...

Furthermore, in /Applications folder I can't see any "Install MacsOS High Sierra.app"

Don't use Firefox for the links, but...

Naw, not damaged, it's just that you have an old copy already in Applications, there are 2 cures...

Disconnect from the Internet & set the Date back to 2014, then you can run the Install MacsOS High Sierra App in Applications, so expired Certificates are not expired.

Or... trash the Install MacsOS High Sierra.app in Applications then a new copy can be downloaded.
