Can't delete empty folders on icloud.com

Hi. I'm having a lot of troubles with deleting empty folders on icloud.com. I have followed some guides onlines, such as delete all notes on my Mac, turn of syncing and then turn back on. But while most of the folders disappeared, there are still 7 left and I have zero way to delete it.

Hope someone can guide me how to get rid of these folders. I'm very frustrated by the bug.

Thanks in advance!

Make sure iCloud Drive and desktops and documents box is checked see the article https://support.apple.com/en-in/guide/mac-help/mchle5a61431/10.14/mac/10.14

Open finder > under iCloud section > click on documents , if you see folders right click on it and move to trash , sometimes subfolders are also created in primary folder ( by dragging and dropping over it to get merged ) , that can also be deleted the other way is sign with Apple ID and password in www.icloud.com , in documents folder ( just double click it ) - if you find the folders , directly drag and drop to the trash bin of Mac , restart the Mac and empty the trash .
