my earbuds are switching to speaker randomly or to my bluetooth speaker or the call will go mute and then either come back or just hang up and also hanging my phone up in the middle of a call

when I'm using my iphone with my earbud they are switching to speaker randomly or to my bluetooth speaker or the call will go mute and then either come back or just hang up and also hanging my phone up in the middle of a call....but that doesn't happen when i don't use the earbuds

well i cleaned out the iphone's charging port and its still triggering mute button or hanging up randomly or goes on speaker randomly all while using my earbuds ....and these are the same earbuds that came with the phone at purchase
