Why my iPhone’s battery draining so fast

I don't know why that happened however have a suggestion for you.

What is the Battery Health of your iPhone? Open Settings ➔ Battery ➔ Battery Health and let us know which percentage you see for Maximum Capacity. Also note what is written under Peak Performance. If your battery's Maximum Capacity shows a value of 80% or less than it has gone through its lifecycle and therefore should be replaced, according to Apple.

I wasn't talking about the battery charge remaining. I am talking about the Battery Health Status.

maxiumum capacity 90 precent under BATTERY HEALTH

mine show 90 pecent

after it restarts by itself it show only 10 percent charge

Your iPhone is demonstrating symptoms of a failing battery however your Battery Health doesn't confirm that. 90% Battery Health Capacity is still good to keep the iPhone operational under peak performance. Under Battery Health, what does your screen state for Peak Performance? If there is no message of SERVICE BATTERY under Peak Performance then I recommend that you have your iPhone examined at the Apple Store or an Authorized Service Center.
