Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4 update won't allow app to open

Hi there,

I recently updated my MacBook air and now it will not allow this app to open ( I don't even know what it is) and the notice will not leave my screen, i cannot find it in finder and when I try to move it to the trash the error message below pops up along with the same message yet again. Ive tried to allow my security settings to open the app but it does not appear. I just want to get rid of it so I don't have to see the notice anymore. Any suggestions
