My left sided AirPod Pro produces clicking or static noise while movement

My left sided AirPod produces clicking or static noise while movement. The problem doesn’t occur when anc or transparency mode are turned off but it does produces buzzing noise at high volume. I don’t think I have done anything to make it damage. It was working fine for 2 months but the problem started happening few days ago. If I have to replace it will Apple charge me for replacement??
