update settings

when updating the settings the apple id asks for the password from another person’s apple id, the phone was new, but my apple id was previously used on another phone

It seems like I have two Apple IDs on the same iPhone it seems like i have two apple id on the same phone. when i try to move to a new iphone (11pro) some of the application works on one of the apple id and some ask the other apple id. i know the password only for one of them and i cant recover the password [Edited by Moderator]
