If any of you have any kind of solution for this, I would very much appreciate it, if you could share it.
I have the Apple TV 4k and I am trying to watch Netflix but the app is lagging so much it became hard to use. I've had this issue for awhile now.
No other app has the same issue, I tried restarting, quitting, reseting, deleting, etc.
NOTHING HELPED!!!
Please help because it is getting frustrating.

It did help me when I deleted completely the Netflix app from TV and then re-download the app from the App Store..
You will need to contact Netflix and encourage others to do the same, so they can properly address the issue with their app.
Then they are giving you the runaround. This has nothing to do with Apple, it is Netflix’s app and it would be their responsibility to fix any issue encountered. You will need to persist with them.

Oh not gonna happen. Tried that and only thing i learned is to go back to Apple with questions. Except I was hoping at least they would have found some solutions by now (as Netflix is doing nothing). So, am I just supposed to be going back and forth with my issue as I am being sent??? No thanks.
I did that too and it helped for a solid 2 minutes. I also deleted my whole Apple tv and set it up from scratch with no results whatsoever.
