If you have a method of adding to the feed and uploading automatically it comes to the same thing as doing it manually at that time. Subscribers will see the new episode automatically but it can take a couple of days for a new episode to appear in the Store (because the Store caches the feeds and visits them in some sort of rotation, so how long it takes depends on where you are in the cycle).
Adding the episode to the feed and uploading it to the server is all you need to do: you don't need to re-submit the feed (indeed you can't).

For those that are subscribed to your podcast in Apple Podcasts - they will see the episode as soon as it is released on your RSS feed.
But Apple Podcasts store page per Apple - it may take up to 24 hours to show - and typically is in the 3 to 6 hour range from when you release it. There is no way to get it to show up on the Store page at a specific time.
But again - your subscribers will see it as soon as it is released - and those are the ones you really care about.

I don't use the Podcasts app so I don't know whether it works directly from the feed or from the iTunes Store (and Apple Podcasts on a Mac). By 'schedule' do you mean you have an automated system to upload at a predetermined time? Whenever it's uploaded, subscribers in iTunes will see it pretty well immediately but the iTunes Store may not see it for a couple of days. There's nothing you can do about that. You could ask in the Podcasts App forum about which of these it will do, but if it follows the Store you can't predict exactly when it will show up. As I say it varies considerably depending on where you are in the rotation.
Yeah I mean. I use rss and there’s an option to release the episode straight away or schedule it.
That's useful so you don't have to be around at the specific time, it's just a pity that there's no way of guaranteeing when an episode will appear.
Post your question in the appropriate forum, please: this forum is nothing to do with your question and it's inconsiderate to tack onto an unrelated post.
