iPhoneX Bluetooth and wifi not working after iOS13.4 upgrade

Bluetooth option in settings is circulating forever and the wifi option is greyed out.

i already tried to restore from a pc without restoring the backup. when this happened with 13.4 i was able to go to back to 13.3.1 and it worked fine. I upgraded it again with 13.4.1 and the same issue and i can't go back to 13.3.1 as it's blocked now.

support wants me to send in the device but i cant go be without a phone for week. any ideas??

I have had the same issue with my wifi and bluetooth not working after the update

I tried working with Apple support and they suggested to send the phone in for repair as well

Although mine is an outdated 8 plus and out of warranty

I am not sure now as I cant check. My phone is now on 13.5 with screwed up wifi issue and blue tooth issue.

you can still revert back to 13.4.1 i wonder if you can try to restore and see if it works.

i wonder if you try to clean reinstall of iOS 13.5 from iTunes. You will need to make a backup on iTunes as iCloud backup wouldn’t work since WiFi is not working.
