Contacts Note

MacBook Pro 15 i7 Late 2013 Mojave 10.14.6 Contacts 12.0

I see "iCloud note" before my "Mac note" in the bottom of contacts and it's very confusing. I find no information to resolve that annoying issue.

Can it be remove or be after my Mac Note ?

MacBook Pro 15", macOS 10.14

Thanks for the reply Jameson,

I notice that only some cards have this issue. I also notice that there is a field with an iCloud information and a Mac information that is different.

I can clic on those two informations and a window open for each. In them I can modify the informations and when those informations are the same it disappear from my "Mac Note".

Now the Note doesn't show nether "iCloud Note" nor "On My Mac Note".

Thanks for getting back to us with that information, Stéphane. It's appreciated. Since both notes have disappeared, I'd like you to contact Apple Support.

Apple - Support - Product Selection — After selecting this link, choose Music, Apps & Services > iCloud > Contacts, Calendar & Reminders > Troubleshooting iCloud Contacts > No Thanks. Continue. Then select how you'd like to start the conversation.

Cheers!

Greetings, Stéphane.

It appears that you're seeing iCloud Contact notes before your Mac Contact notes, and I'm glad to help with this.

Keep your contacts up to date on all of your devices with iCloud -- When you sync your contacts between devices, all of the information should be included. You should be seeing your Contact notes on both devices. If you want the notes you've added from your Mac to appear at the top, you'll need to move the information above the ones you're syncing from other devices.

If this doesn't correct the problem, please describe the issue in greater detail. Are you syncing your notes on your Mac as well? The more information you provide, the better we'll be able to offer additional guidance.

Take care.
