How can I get the Mavericks installer for a Mac that hasn't been upgraded to Mavericks before?
Since the apple stores are closed we can't go in to upgrade the mac to the latest version, what can we do to upgrade the OS during these times?

Mavericks isn't the last compatible OS for any Mac model. Back up your data, check your applications for compatibility, and depending on which one you have, download El Capitan, High Sierra, Mojave, or Catalina.
