recently occurred that it would like a very long time for iTunes to 'reading photos from 'iphone photos', as attached photo shows.
noted that 'iPhone Photos' is just a location I store my pictures to sync.
It wasnt like this, It was fast only take less than a minute to do so, and now even 30mins wouldn't do the job.
please help. thanks.

Is it 64 bit or 32 bit Windows PC? Try using iTunes 12.10.5.12 --> Update to the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support
If it is Mac update to Catalina macOS 10.15.4, you won't require iTunes.

I am using Mac, Mojave version 10.14.6
and my App Store doesn't tell me any update for the iTunes.
iTunes takes forever when syncing at step "Reading photos from iPhone Photos"
