iPhone sent in for repair

Hi everyone,

In the wakes of the pandemic I cracked the phone on my screen. I found the way to get it repaired was to ship it to Apple and they would repair it and send it back. I went to UPS on Monday and they shipped it out. UPS states that it arrived at the warehouse in PA on Tuesday but my Apple repair status still says that it is in transit. Does anyone know if these warehouses are even open during this difficult time and if I can expect my phone to get repaired? I'm just worried that it's going to be sitting there until all of this is over.

Thank you very much!

Yes I understand that. I haven't been able to get a hold of anybody from Apple to answer my question so I figured I'd reach out here to see if anybody has any recommendations, that's all. I don't expect users to have the answers.
