Cannot sign out of iCloud
A few years ago my young son created a new Apple ID for our iPad Air 2, and the iCloud is currently logged into that ID. He cannot remember the password and the ID is locked. How can I log out of this ID?
If you're unable to recover the password, Apple may be able to assist if you can provide the original purchase receipt and device information.
