Safari & YouTube

I recently bought my first MacBook Pro and was able to watch YouTube videos until a week ago. I'm not sure what happen but when I click on a YouTube video I get an error "Safari can't open the specified address". I can't get help through Apple support right now which is super frustrating. With online learning right now, most of our assignments start with a YouTube video/tutorial so I really need help ASAP. My updates are current. Any suggestions would be MUCH appreciated.
