I've downloaded FINAL FANTASY XIV Free trial and opened the application, but it doesn't work on my Macbook Pro 13 inches Mid 2014

I have heard that it worked on Mojave, and that they upgraded their game so that it becomes compatible with Catalina in November 2019, but it doesn't work for me
