I have an Iomega Jazz drive with a disc that I formatted some twenty years ago on a PC. I am connecting it via a SCSI to USB cable, which the computer is recognizing. The issue is that the drive/disc is not being seen by my 2018 MBP running Catalina.
Any idea as to how to get it to recognize the drive?

You will need a commensurately old Mac or PC to even mount that drive. The most likely avenue of success will be a 32 bit version of Windows XP since that was the last OS for which Iomega offered Jaz drivers. To my knowledge no 64 bit drivers exist.
The Iomega Jaz drive required a driver. I doubt it's available anymore and even if it was it's doubtful it would work with Catalina.
