incomplete passes

i’ve been hoping to switch my region but itunes keeps telling me i have “at least one incomplete pass” and i have no idea what it is, not will it tell me. i thought about getting apple music but then cancelled it as i realized i couldn’t really afford it and when i did some research they said to wait for the three free months to pass. so i have. i cancelled it on january 15th, i’ve waited three

months now, what could it possibly be?

I see you are facing some difficulty changing the region associated with your Apple ID.


Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support


"Wait for any memberships, pre-ordersmovie rentals, or Season Passes to complete, and wait for any pending store credit refunds to process."


If you have a Season Pass for a TV series that has yet to run its course, this may explain that error message. Some users have reported that Apple Support has been able to cancel those passes in order to the region change to take place.
