iPhone 8 frozen

My Phone is frozen in an app I was using. It won't turn off, or even exit the app no matter what I press. I can still talk to Siri, and make texts using Siri, but the screen itself is still frozen. It doesn't work to hard restart it either. Please help, it's been like the for an hour. Thanks.
