Having to work at home and use some of these military programs are difficult on my Mac Book Pro. I was informed by my supervisor when the OS Catalina update took place the third party companies were not given access. I hope this can be changed. I hate working on Windows computer but right now I really don't have much of a choice.

If your apps are 32 bit they will never run on Catalina. Apple computers have been 64 bit for over a decade and third party app developers were warned and given access two years ago so that they could upgrade their 32 bit apps for Catalina. If your third party app developers did not upgrade their apps you have no choice but to use a computer capable of running 32 bit apps. You could revert to your previous operating system.
