Some web pages are opening in what looks like a document format, like a "Reader View". Is there a setting that is causing this? This is happening on websites that aren't news articles, so I am losing the full functionality of the web pages.
Control click on the address in the URL box and select Settings for This Website. Is the Use Reader when available view selected there?

Yes, Use Reader when Available is checked.
Try unchecking it and see if that helps.
