Using Campaign Sidekick

I have an iMac - purchased in January 2018 with the latest OS 10.15.4 and I tether it to my iPhone XR. with the latest iOS 13.3 . I have been trying to use a web site called "Campaign Sidekick." It does phone dialing and allows one to canvas potential voters as to their preferences. I also have Powerbeats Pro Bluetooth earphones. I can log into the Campaign Sidekick, but when it comes to doing the calling, I get no calls made and cannot hear the music that plays on the site between calls. Any answers would be appreciated.
