I've noticed that my MacBook leaves the sleep mode strangely. After Mac goes over hibernate mode, I should push power button 2 or 3 times and wait 10-20 seconds. Is it normal for Catalina?

For sleep issues Try resetting the SMC https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201295
