Catalina Stop Sync

So...just "upgraded" to Catalina. When I plug in my iPad, it automatically starts syncing. I don't want it to sync and there is no stop or cancel button.

I can unplug it to stop syncing of course, but how can I get it to not automatically sync when I plug it in?
