Charging iPhone

So, last night i plugged out the charger from my iPhone 11 when it was 97%. This morning, when i got up it had 100% and on battery level i could see that the battery level was rising without a charger. My battery health level is 100%, what could it be?

Hello levi3101,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I understand wanting to make sure that your battery is working as expected. If I understand correctly, your iPhone battery was at 97% and when you next looked at it it was at 100%, but your iPhone was not connected to a charger. Is that right?

Have you observed anything like this happening before, or since you made your post?

It sounds like you might want to check to see if Optimized Battery Charging is turned on. You can check by tapping Settings > Battery > Battery Health > Optimized Battery Charging: About Optimized Battery Charging on your iPhone. You might see if you notice the same behavior with that feature toggled off, if it was on.

I hope that helps!

Take care.
