pending payment

Hello. I have purchased a movie from itunes, and apple has deducted the amount from my bank account. But still i can't play the movie because it states "pending" furthermore the duration of my movie is 48 hours. It doesn't makes sense at all because I can't even play the movie and you already give that 48 hours timer???? why is it always pending??? it happens to me many times. please fix it asap.
