Dock Doesn't Hide in Fullscreen Applications

When I installed Mac OS Mojave on my Macbook Pro 13'' 2017 I started to have a bug that sometimes when I went on fullscreen in any application the dock didn't hide and I had to pass the mouse on the dock for it to disappear. I always installed the latest updates like the Mac OS Catalina but the bug remained. I tried EVERYTHING since killall Dock and changing all the dock settings to even erase the computer and reinstall Mac OS Catalina and only when I reinstalled the original OS (Sierra) the bug disappeared.

I contacted Apple Support and they told me to do all of these procedures but in the end they didn't have a solution for the problem.

This is an attempt to ask Apple to investigate this bug and solve it with the next software updates.
