ITV Hub App

I have had a subscription to this app for a long time & use it on both my iPhone & iPad. However, for the last few weeks (possibly since the last update) I have not been able to open the app on my iPad. When I select it, the screen goes grey before reverting to the home screen.

I have asked the app owners to advise but have had no real help. I've cleared the cache etc as suggested in other support forums but still no change.

As it is rather difficult for me to watch programmes on my iPhone (too small), I will be pleased if this can be resolved asap. I am aware that many other iPad owners are experiencing the same problems when using this app.
