The ITV Hub has stopped working on my iPad 4th gen, iOS 10.3.4 I have carried out reboots on both the iPad and my router. Deleted the app twice, cleared my cache, reinstalled the app, no joy. I click the app it fires up grey then returns to the home screen. The app works fine on my iPad Pro and my iPhone 8 plus......help please

Most likely they no longer support your legacy iPad model. Most, if not all, software available on the App Store is incompatible with iPad (4th generation).
Had a reply from ITV who say that they are aware of the problem, it is now in the hands of their app developers, Thanks for your comments
Hi Chris, last update was 06 May 2020 the app is a major Brit tv channel so not available in US, have not been able to get a reply from them as yet, but am beginning to think it’s a legacy issue as both my iPhone and iPad Pro work perfectly well

Okay, that helps. You are going to have to wait for a response from them since that is a 3rd party app. They should provide you support for their app.
ITV website recommends iOS 7 or higher, I have 10.3.4 app was working fine but now stopped?

When is the date of their last update, when looking in the App Store? Have you contacted their support? They are the ones that would need to provide support if it is no longer working. I do not see an app titled ITV Hub in my US App Store.
