Replacement phone

I just received my replacement iPhone after my screen got smashed. The last I saw it, it was restoring to my iCloud back up. I have it sitting on charging pad because it was almost dead. Now it’s completely dead. Won’t turn on. The screen is black. The battery was over 50% the last time I checked on it. I’m getting frustrated.

Hello dallas283,

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities! I understand from the information you provided that your iPhone died while restoring from iCloud; I'd like to help.

Let's first have you charge your iPhone by plugging it into the wall using the AC adapter what originally came with the iPhone and an Apple certified Lightning to USB cable.

If you still have issues with the iPhone powering on, this article can help:

Hope this helps.

Best Regards.
