Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you’re having an issue using iShowU Audio Capture on your Mac running macOS Catalina. I’ll be happy to help with this.

According to the developer of iShowU, the iShowU Audio Capture is DEPRECATED and only needed for older installs (maxos 10.13 or earlier). SWB Audio Capture is the recommended replacement.
