No connect ID on Apple TV

Try this...

1. Power Off: your Apple TV
2. Wait: 30 Seconds
3. Power On: your Apple TV
4. Try this once more

If that does not work: Reset or restore your Apple TV to its factory settings - Apple

• Apple TV asks for Apple ID password, please enter it.
• An authentication code will be sent to your iPhone or iPad or Mac.
• Apple TV asks for the Apple ID password again, enter it followed by the authentication code. For example if your Apple ID password is XYZ123 and the authentication code is 4567 enter XYZ1234567

Note: Please do all of the above very quickly as the Authentication
