Samsung TV (UN48JU6400) sporadically stops recognizing Apple TV 4K connected through HDMI. It will sometimes say No Cable Connected; even though, the HDMI cord is plugged into TV and Apple TV, Apple TV says on, and TV is seemingly operating fine.
I have a 4th Generation Apple TV 4K (purchased 5 days ago) and it is connected to my Samsung TV (purchased in 2015). I recently purchased a Sonos Beam and have it plugged into the HDMI ARC input. I also increased my wifi speed to accommodate these new devices. The Samsung has been operating fine, and the Sonos Beam has been working well too. Ever since I added the Apple TV 4K my TV will randomly go black then say "No Cable Connected". I purchased two different HDMI cables (one 4K 18Gbps and one 8K 48Gbps). The same issue happens with both cables.
The only work around that provides me with temporary (20 minutes max) relief is clicking "Source" on my Samsung remote, going to another HDMI input, then immediately going back to the HDMI input with the Apple TV (still on, not sleep).
Any assistance with a permanent solution to my problem would be extremely helpful. My cousin is coming over tomorrow and bringing her Apple TV 4K to see if it is a device issue.
