Static screen after wake on Mac mini 2018

Hi everyone!

I've just bought a Mac mini 2018 and I'm having this issue that I've seen reported by many.

My HP monitor is connected through HDMI to the Mac; if the Mac in stop mode, when I wake it up, the screen is static (there is like old TV noise) and I must unplug and plug the cable again in order to fix this.

I've attached a picture of the monitor in order to understand exactly what happens.

As I've read many reported issues about that, does anyone have a solution or, at least, a reply from Apple in order to solve this annoying thing?
