Audio not working out of headphones

My speakers are working but when I put headphones in no sound. The input of the headphones still works. When I put the headphones in and out I can hear a muffle for a second.

No sound from internal speakers but working OK up to yesterday. Internal speakes are selected in Sound. Headphone output works OK as does external USB Dac and Bluetooth connection to external speaker No sound from internal speakers but working OK up to yesterday. Internal speakes are selected in Sound.
